Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, pads, and resistance bands are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
